rod tip repairs

take her down to any tackle store they will fix it cheep as. at most $15. ;)

go to Coles or Woolies buy a tube of homebrand super glue for $1.50...go to a tacklestore and buy a new tip for $3-3.50,glue tip on yourself and save $10....

Hi,

Most tips are glued on with hot melt glue on lighter duty rods or 5 minute araldite for heavier applications. Either way heating it up to get the old tip off And then installing the new tip will work as either glue will retain it's strenght once set again.Hope this helps as i build custom rods.
