I saw the 6000 at tackle warehouse other day.It looks pretty cool. Was going to get it but the knob put me off. i needa get a new high speed reel. My 5000 stradic fj has served its purpose. Burnt two carbonated drags already. I think its time for up grade. The new cadilina looks good too.

Was looking at the 4000 size, can get them for $295 delivered to your door. But will only get 1 year Australia warranty, i'm fine with that.

Shane, the Stradic FJ did you have any problems beside burning out the drag washers?

I have a 4000 ..great real! Only owned for 3 months but loving it ..a mate has a 1000 can't speak highly enough of it ..great drags ..super smooth ..excellent line capacity

Na no problems at all man really good reel. Take it to charltons n they put new drag washer in for $25.

Man mine served me good. Its still working good. I got 300 meters of pe1 30lb on it. I have abused it too. The drags burnt because of me lol. Tried to skull drag longtails.best reel for $200 i reckon
