Salads And Sangas.

Butchers has chicken breasts for 6 bucks a kilo so i picked 12kg up and pumped them on Tuesday and soaked them in the brine mix till today and smoked them. Will vacuum seal them tomorrow and freeze them and have a few months supply for salads and sangas.

I also had a pickled leg of pork in the freezer so I smoked it too whilst I had the Aldi smoker fired up.

Nice mate. Do you have any pics of the smoker? Also what do you use in the brine?

What are yellow belly and bass like in the smoker?
