Striped Catfish. Yep, us Aussies get a bit lazy with our naming of animals:blush: :laugh:

Yep I agree with striped catfish. I believe these little suckers have an incredibly painful spike. I have never experianced it myself, but I have been done by their freshwater cousin which was bad enough thank you very much.

Yuk & ouch, Wolfie is right, the spike is very painfull and hard to get out. THe wound festers and pusses for weeks.
