resolved Upgrade hicup

[ul]I put up a congrats post in general and looks like a mod moved it to the congrats section. But it also remained in general. Emp has added another post and I cannot see it all i get is my post in both general and the congrats section.

[ul]Another one is when i put up a new post and submit it it doesnt automatically show what i have written. i now have to click on return to topic box.[/ul]
