Weekend Weather

The weather gods are being very cruel to us lately, why can't we get some decent winter weather with still mornings.

Just looking at the Seabreeze site, it says 20kn winds by midnight tonight. I have no idea on weather and how to read the charts, do the guys with more experience think it will happen?

I was thinking of a 4am start on the bay, but I won't bother if it is 20knots in the morning.

i was going to go off shore even know the water will be good where i want to go its the trip there and back so iam not heading, out thinking of going in a few hours and be back some time tonight.brad

You can always find a creek or the river to get out of the wind.

Would love to hit some of the locations on the inshore area on the sunny coast.

Know a couple of spots that will absolutely fire once the weather settles! Just wish the weather would bugger off and clear for Monday!

But yea mate, 3m swells and 20 knots aren't the best in the boat...

Agreed - offshore looks out - bugga. Could squeeze an early session in Sat morning on the yak - looks like the only opportunity with Sun and Mon blown out at this stage as well. Can be talked into the Bris mouth or Wello if anyone has a preference and wants to join me send a PM. Cheers Rob

I think I will give it a miss, the fish don't seem to keen to bite when it is rough and windy in the shallow water of the bay anyway. Hopefully I can get an arvo off work next week and the weather improves.

Bill, if the wind is up you could try the Manly boat harbour, Lota Creek, Tingalpa Creek, behind Victoria Point or Raby Bay.

The first time my stepdad was gonna take the boat out in 6 months was meant to be this weekend. Too bad it's blowin its ring out. Never gonna get a deckie spot.
