Some sort of Morwong/Mowong.

Have not seen one with those exact spots but the eyes, lips, dorsal fin and head shape are firm identifiers I think.

Was reminded of this by the usual repeat Haemulid ID shortie.

Sent the pic to a few different people, two of whom are probably the leading Haemulid researchers still cant get a definate answer. Not a Plectorinchus species. Most likely a regional variant of Diagramm picta is the consensus.
