Hi Webby

In your spare time could you add a \"Open Ocean\" section in the fishing reports.

At the momment fishers like Mackmauler are submitting reports form outside the bay in the bay section. I think (hope) there will be a lot greater demand coming over the next few months as the snapper fire up.
