well no, thats the way the internet and links work - if you break the link they wont work. tho, ill look into the possibility if you can add text for the link tho i doubt it as that requires html and html is stripped from posts.

you could always add a space to it and allow the user to copy and paste the link in the browser and delete the space

Obone i know what you are getting at as some web pages have like \"Click Here\" or \"Read More\" etc.

However like Webmaster said they are HTML pages. Posts in the forum cannot have HTML and thus that feature cant just simply be added. Thats layman's terms as i understand it. Hope it made some sense :P
