tips/ ideas on my new tinny

Hey guys just bought this little tinny, just wondering if anyone has any ideas on what I should do to it like casting decks, sounders, seating, hatches, anything you can think of that I could do to it?

How much did you pay for that, also what size outboard?

10ft and 8hp but I'm not wanting to do anything with the motor just inside the boat

Definately get a sounder. You dont need to spend much, about $300 will get you a nice little colour unit. Then I would put a deck between the moddle and front seats. If you can walk around on flat ground it makes you feel like you have more room, and it will be a lot tidier with a few hatches to keep stuff in.

Looks like abit of fun as woody said with the casting deck idea, not sure about a coloured sounder ( they are alot more expensive then a black and white sounder) but defs a sounder no the less.

Check the laws on nav light they will need to be moved

For the price I saw it advertised I reckon it was a bargain. Do you think you can get the motor running?

I would suggest popping into a few boatyards to get ideas from what others have done. It's amazing how many clever little ideas are out there. Have fun!!

Haha, I actually didn't get it, was a piece of SH#T . Didn't mention he drowned the motor in salt water and never bothered to fix it. Completely seized. The hull has had about 2m of welding done to repair seam splits and holes. Must have run up onto rocks at speed, never mentioned this either. Anyone heard of a tohatsu 8hp sea pigeon?
