queensland Squidding 20/07 & 22/07

Went to wello friday night and manly sunday night.... didnt get a thing.

My pro squid jig with a built in light was friken leet. It hit the water sank to the bottom and got snagged straight away bye bye $14 (at manly)

Friday night we fished on low tide (not planned) as it was about 7 or so and last night we got the last couple hours before low tide.

Lots of gar being caught by a few poms at the end and this guy castnetting pulled in about 20 mullet on his first cast then not much after that (at manly again)

All in all a very unproductive weekend, it was the first time i hadnt taken the boat out in 2 months.

Now that the squidding link is back up that i didnt get a chance to read on friday im betting it says \"DO NOT SQUID AT LOW TIDE YOU ARE WASTING YOUR TIME\" heheheh
