2-300 depending on what it is and condition

For that amount of money, you should be able to grab yourself a good combo (possibly even new)

I recommend definitely a 1-3 kg rod along with a 1000 or 2000 size reel and 3-4 lb braid

i'm not much of a 1-3 lb fishermen but there are many of them on here that will give you some good pointers

If i was you ill be looking for a 2nd hand Nordic stage Jeager or Shaprshooter.

For flats maybe the sharpshooter as its a bit longer. Im pretty sure taib was selling one actually for about 150 which is a awesome price for the light weighted rod.. I would be chucking a 2004 Dawia Gekka or a 2000 Freams on that which you can get brand new for about 200 and under

Ive got the Dawia gekka and sharpshooter combo which is what i use for my surface and hard bodies fishing with there really soft tip and slow action
