Morning all, new to the forum and am looking forward to lively and fruitful discussions. I live in Marsden (4132) and I have just bought my first boat. Its a 4.3m Procraft Aluminum Center Console, 40hp suzuki with a panther tilt trim on the back, lowrance hdi elite 7 sounder and a minn kota ipilot up front.

I enjoy all types of fishing but my passion at the moment is with the long rods of salt water fly. Currently I am the secretary of the Brisbane Fly Fishing Club, which keeps me busy.

Had the boat for a month now and its yet to hit the water, I will be looking for someone local to me to come out for a run to iron out any kinks at the ramp.........

Hi Dave

Welcome to the site. There are a few fly fishos on here. Nog (Norm) is the most passionate fly fisho. He tells me he is a gun but I have not seen it in action. I also think there are quite a few that are wanting to give it a try.
