Where To Fix Tilt/trim Relay - Suzuki 4 Stroke

Hi guys, my tilt trim goes up but doesnt go down. after diagnosing things I found that the relay to be the culprit.

any suggestions of where to get it fixed in brisbane? its completely sealed and is making me second guess that i may have to get a 2nd hand/new one
