queensland Cool And Hard Hinze Eastern Arm 21/6/15

Bit bleak and cool at. the eastern arm this morning. The dam has risen a few more feet so we had to relocate our shrimp traps as they were in around 6 feet of water with not many shrimp in them. As it turned out it did not really matter as the fish were a bit slow with only 20 bass boated between the 3 of us. A lot of the fish were around the 25cm mark with the best only going around 40cm.

Had a good yarn with Dodge and Yorky from KFDU at the ramp and found out where Dodge captured his 1m mary on a live bass a couple of weeks ago.

Looks a bit chilly out there, I look forward to the day i boat a Mary in Hinze, have seen 2 in there so i really wanna throw big lures at those spots all day or a live bass
