Barwon Banks Charter

With the outboard on my boat still out of action I jumped at the opportunity for a charter fishing day.

we went with odyssey charters out of the Sunshine Coast.

boat was great, crew were friendly and after a chilly start to the morning we got under way.

fiahing was a bit slow to start with but after a few positional changes the fish came on the bite

snapper, squire, pearls and husser were making short work of our pilchards

fish of the day was a 20lb Amberjack (I'd normally say 8kg but 20 sounds better)

Well worth the day out, and it's given me back the itch to get on the water so now I just have to convince the minister of finance to release some funds so I can get my motor looked at

Looks like your group got a couple more than ours!! Beauty of a little amberjack too.
