Bass were that hungry yesterday that when I put my hand in the water to wash it, I came up with 5 bass attached to my fingers (believed it or not )it was a dangerous place to be.I started off trolling down the dam, picking up the odd bass here and there, until I found my first school, jigged up a few on blades, then I trolled back and forward through the school getting double hookups each pass. When this slowed down I moved a bit, found another school and repeated the process. By 9am I had only moved a few hundred meters from the first school.

 I then moved further down the dam and kept trolling and jigging until I got that magic 100 number, all on lures. I decided to go find a yella on bait, this paid off also as I got 5 yellas and 17 bass in quick succession. By this time I had had enough picking up another bass trolling home. So 118 bass and 5 yellas you little ripper.

Mate you smashed em. Nice yellas too! ONe day I will catch my first yella

We can target them in the summer, they go a bit quite in the winter.
