Managed to get out for another fish during the week. Found a school of salmon held up in a deep channel. Thanks for watching everyone.

We don't get too many Salmon up here in Brisbane. Shame really they are a top sports fish.

We got into them in Esperance WA one day. We ate them but the were not delicious. made a few curries, but fantastic fun to catch. I am yet to see a bigger one than the one Junior Drop Bear is holding. It was a horse! Caught in the surf it took ages to get in. Both kids were actually in tears by the time we got it in. I had to sit in front of the rod and take some weight but otherwise the 2 kids got it in and dragged it up the beach by themselves. Great memory.

Oh my they are some rippers Drop Bear. We do get some the middle size in this picture down the West Coast of our island. That's a great photo.
