name dropping

I would like to buy some more gear from The Tackle Warehouse at Camp Hill before I head to Redcliffe this weekend.

Is it worth dropping the AFO name at the store for an extra discount or will they just charge me more if I do that:laugh:

g'day mate could you do me a favour and see if tacklewarehouse sells much fly tying gear? I'm after several sizes of hooks. Some lead eyes and some more bucktail. Thanks

Fishyman, I think the T/W'house would have that, they have a whole area upstairs dedicated to fly gear. I think Gordon is a pretty keen Fly man.

Tackle wharehouse has the best (if not, very close) fly fishing section I have seen in the south Brissy area. As said the whole upstairs is devoted to fly fishing.

Fishy I was in there the other day and a guy at the counter had bought the thread , some hooks and the tool the hold the thread when making the fly and i think i saw some feathers of similar there as well.

thats funny coz stopping the use of sinkers got me more fish than any other tactic

Tackle Warehouse has a great range of gear.

Usually they will give you a bit of a deal at the front counter, this comes with getting familiar with the lads and talking to them.

They are a good group of lads as is Tol at Mossops, remember they are one of only a few dedicated fishing Tackle stores and should be supported regardless of discount or not
