Trevs

Recommended Posts

Been hitting up a local spot on my way to work of late, nice and close 500m drive;)

Usually fishing by 4am and off to work about 5am..no better way to start the working day.

Gold and Smoked Blue Gill Sliders are killing them atm in a 1/16th.

Big Eye, GT's and I think this is a Cale-Cale Trev, Tailor and a few Queenies in the mix

All released to catch again [img size=500]http://www.australianfishing.com.au/media/kunena/attachments/legacy/images/cail_AFO.jpg

looks like great fun there being so close to home

got any more pics?

Only a few other shady pics, same old story..forget the camera and the phone is not so good in low light. Its packed for tomorrow

Pinky they are not huge fish, the odd bigger one in the mix. Like all Trevs they go pretty well. Usually straight for the Pylons. Touch and go with 4 lbs leader

Looks like great fun, don't know that I'd be able to leave them biting and go to work though:P

Would love to catch some more trevs (i've only ever caught one couple over at Scarborough).

Anyone know where around Bris you can get them consistantly?

If not I might have to make the trip to the coast soon?!:)
