queensland Boat Ramps

Hey guys - new to the forums, just picked myself up an old 12' Clark Tinny with a rattly 7.5hp merc - lookin for Boat Ramps around north brissy - can find comprehensive lists of everythin on this site except for boat ramps!

I know of Baxters, Sandgate Yacht Club, Nudgee Beach, Deep Water Bend and Dohles Rocks Road - is there many around eagle farm/pinkenba???

I've personally fished cabbage tree creek a few times in the last few weeks - right up the reaches where google earth shows it narrows to nothing - up behind deagon and to where it goes under the gateway motorway - shallow as on low tide, but some big numbers (30ish) of diver whiting (15-20cm) and a couple of legal summer whiting in a few locations

As a kid i used to fish of the bank up these reaches, and swim my cast net out to bridge pylons and cast-net some decent numbers of prawns - wonder how 10yrs will change that come prawn season!!!

For the northside boys there is also a ramp on bancroft road on boggy creek

Thats a pi55er its only about 10mins from home it woulkd be ideal for fishing the greenbridge stretch. I wonder the cost would be and how strict they'd be on membership as i doubt the 3.7m tinnie would cut in a ski comp.

ew ew ew, a ramp only for ski boats, oh thats gold. If I had a dirty big planning boat I'd spend all my weekends doing high speed doughnuts 30.5m from the end of their ramp!

Fig Tree Pocket ramp is about 1o minutes away from the green bridge in my 12footer.
