Good point Dino, I remember you telling me that Yella's are not as tuff as bass and they needed to be treated kindly to survive the C+R.

I was using a 4-7 kg rod and 15 pound braid (and big bass drag settings) so it wasn't a long fight by any means, but I reckon it was the hook placement that did the deed.
