Info on Abu Garcia reel

Hi all

Ive got a couple of Abu Garcia Cardinal reels on lay-by at Big W, if i remember correctly they are

1 x 446 $30

1 x 226 $18

but i could be wrong. I was just wondering if they are any good or not, things to look out for, whether or not to go and get more etc.

Hi Justin,

Big W, Booval, is now stocking a range of Okuma reels,they now come with a lifetime garuanty, so would imagine most B/W`s are stocking them now,IMO, would lean towards these,in the sizes you want.

Dont know the reels you mentioned, but Abu's lower price reel range seems to be reasonable quality, as do Shimano's.
