queensland Night fishing without a boat..HELP

Hi there people, Very new to this, I am looking to go out tonight around 7:30pm anyone recommend where I can go with out a boat. looking anywhere from Redcliffe to Top of gold coast or inland. I am near Browns Plains.

As long as I get some decent bites at least I will be happy. Thanks GuysB)

this is probably be abit late now as i just saw that your heading out at 7.30

but as Davo said, there a plenty of good spots along

the Brisy river.

The coomera river is also good, it had abit to much fresh in it about a week

ago but im sure it should be alot better now. theres a good variety in there

aswel. bream,flathead,jacks,trevally,and tailor.

Theres a good little jetty under the M1.

Also, dont go alone, last time i was out there i came along a few

violent drunks

Just for your info Dan, if your thinking of going back to the coomera anytime soon don't. Been there today and very fresh from sancturary cove all the way up and i would say will be for a while yet.

:dry: Well, 3 hrs near jindalee bridge. no luck.

caught the same little annoying catfish 4 times.... (had the scars from the previous hookups)

hopefully better luck next time.

if there is no rain in the hinterlands it usually takes about 2 weeks for the coomera to get its color back and start firing again !!
