Im new 2 the site having been told about it from a relative and would like 2 introduce myself to everyone. Just trying to get back into fishing after a long time out as i have a very keen 3 1/2 yr old who despite his age has shown great interest in fishing so figured i better brush up on current tackle types (have been trying mostly SP and lures )as well as some good fishing areas where i can hopefully get onto some nice fish for him and myself. Any info about the northern areas of brisbane especially the areas surrounding sandgate through 2 bribie and pumistone passage would be greatly appreciated.

Welcome to the site mate, I can't really speak from experience around those areas but have a look at some old reports from the areas your looking at, bribie seems to be ok from all reports.
