After a chat with Jeff F a while ago

He told me about his Dad (called him the witch doctor lol )

Well I did my back in last friday and even after all the drugs the doctor prescribed I was not having much joy so gave Jeff a call

Firstly Terry Jeffs Dad is a hell of a nice bloke but more importantly does great work :woohoo:

I feel good now and actually feel like I'll be good as gold soon

i saw terry today .

dam good stuff i reckon .best i have been to so far.

he is a nice bloke.

my upper back in between my shoulder blades is still a little tender and stiff,but 100% better than it was.was in constant pain ,now can feel it but no pain and good movement compared to almost no movement.i reckon after a good nights sleep it will be sweet as ,feel like it was never sore.

he did my hips too .my legs where out .i didn't know atm.

but wow at the difference.was great form when i left.

did a 1 k bush walk at mt coot ha this arvo no prob was actually a pleasure to walk.

usually up and down hills or steps.more than a normal 2 story house .

my legs feel like that are seizing up.lock up get stiff ,tense muscles etc.

i just thought i was getting old .now i know better .it was sweet today walking.

he is good know his stuff.
