Byron Bay area?

Well I got an email from my boss today, looks like i'm going to Byron for 6 days starting on the 12th stayin in Crest Apartments (don't know where exactly it is as I have only ever been to Byron once as a young fella) all paid for including the weekend :cheer: , as signoff for the job isn't till the monday. Needless to say I will be taking the rods and if my tinnie is on the water by then it'll be coming too so I was after some suggestions for this area both land based and boat, but have to be estuary or river as its only a 3.7m.

If you're wanting to use your tinnie, I'd say venture up the road a bit to Brusnwick Heads.

Make sure you get your nsw fishing license too.......
