hey fellow papua new afo's, i was lookin 4 some advice, you see, my story goes a little like this....

when a man meets a women, and they love each other very much...it made me wonder, if i went to the gateway in my kayak with a bag full of pillies and possibly some livies (chances are hey wuldnt last long amongst catfish) would i be in with a chance for some snapper? the idea of catching one excites me very much, and if any of you could share some advice id very much appreciate that.

also im goin fishin this arv to get my lures bak from that big fish at shulz canal, if anyones free id really like some company.

well they have certainly been caught there. How you going to hold against the current?

i was thinking of anchoring with a brick or sumthing, any advice on baits or where else 2 fish? id love 2 catch a snapper

Brick? A 10 litre drum of concrete might hold you against the tide!.

Try around high or low water - what ever suites your target fish, leave from what ever ramp would favour the matching tidal flows.

Blokes at work tell me there is a big hole against the northern bridge support which fishes well, but its about 60 foot deep. (They spent 6 months there last year drilling for the new bridge foundations).
