Where to Fish? Hope Island

Hey Guys

Im just staying at the Gold Coast for a few days on the holidays and i was going to check out Hope Island to do a bit of fishing. I heard great things about and just wondering if anyone can give me tips on where to fish

mate i love the fishing down there, i fish there hard every year, (mainly from a boat) but the best place by far would be a little north of you, about 5 mins drive towards sanctuary cove, you will go over two bridges about 300 metres apart, big bridges, you can park between the two, walk about 200 metres north towards a rock wall, its deep water and fast flowing but with a big lead you can stick your bait out there, bigtime mozzies, but awsome jew,jaks,flathead etc, try casting a net on the walk and you will get poddies and herring, this spot relly is worth the try
