queensland mangrove jacks + rods

Hey guys I got 2 questions

1) What setups rods and reelwise do you use for mangrove jacks?

2) Whats your favourite 3-6kg rod, dont mind spending more coin?

I use Stradic 2500's on most of my jack excursions.....they are not that demanding.

The heavier or harder you treat a jack in the fight the dirtier they will be.

Caught plenty of them bigger than 50cm on 6lb braid before when spinning with small hard bods for bream.

3-6kg rods are ideal for jacks, 15lb braid will land any jack in the rivers or creeks....won't come close offshore though....you need 50lb minimum there.
