How to throw a cast net

Hey guys, I read quite a few posts where blokes are struggling with throwing cast nets. So i thought I'd add this link to a video that I watched and learned how to throw one. Its soooo easy with a bit of practice. Give it a go, this method should work for every sized cast net.
