Gold Coast Seaway?

Going for a fish tomorro night down @ the seaway. Just asking around whats on the chew? Will be land based, thinking of going to the darra markets and grabbing some gar, yakkas and bonito! Gar and yakkas on gang hooks and bonito cut up in strips on gang hooks? I have hear there are some good tailor about?

Some good reports this week between pumping jetty and seaworld carpark as well. If seaway doesn't fire, then head south and try the beach especially on dusk if you have the gear.

Dont be afraid to target some big jew either this time of year in the seaway

The tailor are very come and go at the moment,not a sign of a jew or tailor on sunday morning, but i had a 52cm trevally and my daughter had a 80 ish cm black tip shark.

Last thursday afternoon the tailor were in between the southwall and the pier, just back from the breakers.

Just beware to loose a lot of terminal tackle if landbased.

The bait fish are thick as well but not much chasing them.
