Just to share some of my recent catches.

Didn't get much in the winter time, but the size is quite nice.

The flatty measured ~50cm and the bream ~38cm. Both are my personal lure fishing records until now.

The bream was not fat, but long. It beat the previous one which was 36cm. But from my memory the 36cm one was much heavier, so if measured in weight, it won.

All fish were released after taken photo.

Hope the bites get better as the weather becomes warmmer again.

nice photos mate esp the scenery ones. I hope I can get into some lizards soon since Im on a drought with em, by the way that flatty is fat and that bream ... well did you get a bit hungry while fishing? :laugh: :laugh:

LOL :laugh: You mean its back missed a part? Nope, not me. I suggest maybe the seabirds....

Actually I was heading to redcliffe to chase some tailors and trevelly, as another mate told me there was full of them last week. Then I went there yesterday, nothing, but glad to get that bream.

Do you know where around Brisbane hold them at the moment? If not, I may need to head down to Gold Coast later when I hv time. Cheers. :cheer:

Yeah,Angus, those pikes are good target for practicing and trying new lures.

Hunter, that hb was SX43. The mighty army of toads love it.
