How to rig whole mullet and tailor

Hi, i have got a few fresh whole tailor in the Freezer from a while back, and the is a fish market near me that sells fresh whole mullet for $3.95kg, please can someone tell me what is the best way to rig them on a two hook rig for sharks about 2ft to 3ft long, i am fishing landbased

hey dude,setup ur hook at the end of the trace as a permanent hook and have a free running hook going the same direction that way it can vary on your bait size and slide.Then a few zipties in place and it should be a good solid bait.Ive got an example of what i use for mullet,however this one is a little bit bigger than what your probly wanting,but itll give u a rough idea
