queensland Colmslie Beach Reserve

Hey guys

Me and my missus went there yesterday for a lil picnic, and was wondering if the fishing on the beach is any good? I havent fished the brissie river before and seeing im up early....I cant decide where Id want to go ... Help!?

Probably worth a go fozzie, the fish markets are right next door so I'm guessing there'd be a bit of stuff hanging around. I've seen plenty of people fishing there before. People seem to catch a bit off the colmslie pontoon at the boat ramp just further down.
