freezing live bait

Best way is to catch them at the start of the session so you can use them live mate! This means you need a battery powered livebait pump which costs all of $13.

other than that, there was a thread on here a month or so ago which suggested a light salting with freezing them in layers separated by paper towel of baking paper

yeah have a live bait pump, but was curoius to see what i needed to do to keep them for if i want to go away on the weekend or just round some up during the week for a quick session on the weekend.
