Threadies........

while im new to Bris. ive heard about threadies in the river near the mouth..... what im wanting to know is , whats the best time for them and are they a seasonal fish... Also would i be using baits or lures to chase these fish...........any info will be much appreciated......and if any1 wants to join me on sat morn give me a msg on my no. 0415 263 597

breaky creek, nth east side of storie bridge, warfs and jetties or basically anywhere that hold bait or good structure.

BAIT.... live mullet ( smaller ) herring and prawns

lures.... jackles, blades ( 1/4 ), suspending lures and s.p's

The site has quite a lot of information on King Threadfin in the Brisbane River.
