Hi Everybody,

I'm fairly new to the forums. I have posted on a few different topics but thought I'd drop in and introduce myself.

I moved over here from the US about 18 months ago when my company expanded to Australia. I did a lot of fresh water fishing for trout, bass, walleye, sturgeon, etc. but was really excited about the chance of doing some saltwater. I even paid the outrageous fees to bring my fishing poles over on the plane (little did I know that I'd be so busy I wouldn't get to wet a line for the first 4 months)!

Unfortunately I've been stuck to land based only but I am considering investing in a yak. I've really enjoyed reading over the forums and finding new places and techniques. Looking forward to making a contribution of my own one of these days.
