Shorncliffe jetty

With a few hours up my sleeve I decided ill try the ol stomping ground "Shorncliffe". With 2 hours of nothing I decided ill pack up, as I was packing up I heard a big splash, I quickly turn around to only see broken water rippling away. I kept on flicking the lure with my eyes cast on that area when it happened again, a school of big ass tuna smashing the water about 50-80m out. This turns any man into a child, tipping the tackle box upside down to see if you have anything that could battle a fish this size. Whilst I was just watching this amazing sight I had and elderly gentleman walk up and say "yeah those fellas have been here the past 4 or so mornings". I know what ill be doing after the hospital in the morning.

yep, my mate caught 2 bluefin tuna of the shorncliffe pier early one winter morning and ive seen little jellybeans schooling up under the hornibrook as well, and to this day no one believes it so thank you for posting that
