MBMP Artificial reefs

Recently there has been a few members,who are new to the area, asking about fishing in Moreton Bay and what is out there.

If you follow the link below,and read through it,there is downloadable data including GPS positioning and the structure descriptions of the different reefs.

Interesting bit of reading! Has anyone fished any of the new reefs? is it still too early you think?

I fish the west peel arti quite a bit in the yak and the gps marks given off the gov site are slightly off but if you sound around you'll find the reefs. Plenty of fish on them too so they seem to be doing the job.

I've caught plenty of legal Squire off the west Peel arti plus the one 70cm Snapper off it about 3 months ago, not sure about the other sites.
