Event up the river

Hi all,

Anyone know of a boating event up the river at or past toowong?

Iv seen about 12 or so 30+ footers heading up the river this morning which is alot more than normal, they are all bearing plenty of small flags out the back and there was a group of 6 earlier this morning. All coming from the bend at the city past our office on coro up to toowong.
