Prop size and pitch

My Honda 50hp revs out to 6500 and should only rev 5500-6000 the prop on it is standard honda prop 11-1/4 x 13.

Which way do I go bigger prop or bigger pitch or both?

go up to a 15 inch prop and u will drop 400 rpm to 6100rpm which would be close enough for me..

Mate if you google props there are heaps of sites with cakculators that tell you the correct diamiter and pitch for your motor.

Bigger diamiter should reduce the revs.
