Oh but he only bought it for personal consumption and as gift's ???? WTF seriously? He bought it from the back of his resturant ........... Not that it matters why he bought it, obviously his defence was just trying to avoid any hefty penalties associated with buying it illegally for commercial gain.

I just read the comments attached to the story and I was shocked at the amount of idiots condoning it, even a couple stating buying fish legally is stupid and one clown who owns a shop admitting he buys all his fish illegally. I hope they go to the trouble of tracking him down and investigating.
