Went out early morning from Cleveland heading around Peel!! Getting there before sun up, couldn't believe how many boats didn't have lights on!! Anyway almost run over one and the bitching abouthow close we were!! Well mate if could bloody see u we wouldnt be here. Anyway caugh plenty of under size ones one keeper and the last one just before heading off after a bit of nervous moments a 65cm snapper was on deck good stuff, we had smelly old bait and a couple of mugs fishing

Yeah there are quite a few people around there that we saw no lights on as well. Idiots.

Nice work mate. How pissed do they get if you light them up with the spottie. Might try it next time. If they have it off due to bugs rid does wonders. Just plain dangerous.

Are there squid around that area at all. Light might bring them in so no excuse for having it off.

I not sure why the cops and fishing inspectors don't hang around at peel they would get there xmass fund happening when we go out to mud 3 or 4 times a session they come and check us out but at peel nothing, we even got the life jacket stickers just to b ok with them, may have needed them if we run into the clowns on the way out
