Thanks mug3npower & sweresy, yeah i am really happy with the way the layout turned out, and i'm very happy with it's performance, it really breaks my heart that i have to sell it. I just hope that i can afford to get another one in the future, i'd struggle to go back to a tinny

How was the side consol. Im looking at the same boat bit unsure if to go side or tiller. Was it still stable?

If you don't mind tiller steer then i would go that way, it's a small boat and the console does take up a lot of space. Also the boats are very weight and trim sensitive so with only one in the boat it does unbalance it. Another problem with them is they are very bow light which is why i designed mine with the esky and batteries etc. up front but it still needed more weight up front, i was considering putting the fuel tank up front but i don't know whether or not that would have been a good idea to have it right upfront where it cops the most pounding. The boats are good in theory but there is also drawbacks with their low weight construction.
