Luke and I decided we had better get out to the dam and make sure our pots were safe from the impending water rise that was forecast. After we secured our pots the best we could we set off trolling down the dam picking up the odd bass here and there on flickershads and atomics. Then we spotted a few shows on the sounder and pulled up for a shrimp attack, best little fish finders there is. I managed a couple of tagged bass, one was one of mine and the other was from the last tagging weekend, with the tag slightly out of place.

Lost count of the bass as Luke thought I was counting and I thought he was. It was a bit cold, sqally and wet, but Luke kept us warm with his soft beef jerky he had with him. This is also going to be one of my treats from now on when I go fishing, because its low in fat, low in sugar good for my weight and diabetes.
