Nudgee Beach

I am thinking of going for a flick Monday at nudgee beach chasing flatties or bream. Anyone been out there lately?

Hey mate,

Used to fish down there a fair bit and the only real places i caught fish regularly was the flats at the front and the creek near the mouth on the right on your way out (can't remember the name of it anymore) , not sure what time your thinking of but that creek always produced plenty of Flathead for me and protection from the wind..

Second what MadMic said.  Out the front in the main channel on an outgoing tide would produce some good flatties.

can be a highway for sharks there too...i wouldn't be wading out too deep

Wouldn't go more then ankle deep

Funny story there..,. Had to swim across for a stupid dog that likes seagulls too much. Wouldn't do it again.
