Stocking Caboolture Wararba And Woodford Weirs

Caboolture Fish stocking group put 15000 fingerlings in to the Caboolture River Weir, Wararba Ck weir and Woodford weir today.
All made possible thanks to the generosity of a Moreton Bay Regional council grant.

Caboolture and Wararba got bass, Woodford got a mix or bass and golden perch.

Hanwood provided the fingerlings. Nice and healthy.

Craig was saying the rumour he is hearing is they are looking at holding back $50k of the SIP money for "other things" for the stocking groups to spend it on rather than fingerlings, hope it is only a rumour, all fees should go in to fingerlings.
