In 2 weeks time I'll be in cairns for 2 weeks. Just wondering if there's any locals on here to point me in the right direction to do some landbased fishing. Will be staying at trinity beach, but will have a hire car so can and will travel with in reason.

Hi mate.

Sent through a private message with my details but theres some good options landbased. Also good time for JPs if thats something that interests you as well. I can fill you in on some beautiful olaces to chase them. Tinaroo will be worth a shot too. If i can i might beable to join you in a session.

I'm not living in Cairns anymore as I moved overseas. However I do know for a fact there has been an incredible run of salmon on the beaches lately.
