Power Catamaran Not Driving Well

Would anybody know of a really good marine mechanics or someone who could help me setup my 5 metre twin outboard 2 stroke cat boat in Sydney? What's happening is that above 20 knots the boat leans aggressively to the starboard side and it feels like it wants to tip over until I reduce throttle. I has permatrims fitted. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Is there a counter rotating engine fitted or do the props both spin in the same direction? 

Normally the counter rotating engine will be fitted to the port side.

No there isn't, there only 75hp by 2 motors..

In my opinion that will be your problem.

You will have to use trim to try and stop it from listing. 

I'm no expert though so definitely look for a second opinion but every cat I've been in has counter rotating port engine.
